This site describes WorkChex Investigations' services. The information here is general and isn't legal advice.
No client relationship until we both agree
Contacting us or submitting a form doesn't make you a client. An engagement begins only when we both sign a written agreement.
Lawful purposes only
We only take on investigations for lawful purposes, and we may decline any request.
Licensing
WorkChex Investigations, LLC is a licensed private investigation agency. We do the work ourselves in states where we hold a license. That covers about 94% of our offices. In other states, licensed partner investigators we have vetted do the regulated work.
